Primary Responsibilities:
Supports operational, logistical, and administrative tasks with the Marketing and Communications team in their daily activities.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms with a strong emphasis on lead generation strategy—leveraging inbound marketing, and lead nurturing techniques to drive qualified leads and support business objectives.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive lead generation strategy—defining how leads are captured, qualified, organized, and distributed across channels such as events, digital platforms, and CRM systems to support sales growth.

Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate support for team internal clients’ needs,



including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and related tasks.
Generate, organize, and distribute high-quality leads to the sales team by leveraging CRM tools, campaign activity, events, and digital marketing efforts.
Produce marketing communications materials as needed by businesses.
Support in preparing team reports for monitored performance.
Handle administrative tasks for projects and activities, including scheduling, meeting documentation, announcements, project checklists, and follow-ups for the division.
Collaborate with other teams on assigned marketing and communications or corporate projects.
Translation coordination with internal teams.

Digital Marketing:
Regular research and suggest new social media strategies.
Assist with multimedia content such as videos and infographics, as needed.
