By partnering directly with clients, the team designs customized programs that enhance both employee and food safety while protecting consumers and brands.Role DescriptionThe Technical Sales Service role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bogota, D.C., with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing technical sales activities, including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting implementation of Safe Foods’ products and services. Daily tasks include providing technical support to food processing partners, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting product or application issues, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams. The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers, preparing proposals and quotes,



monitoring account performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Technical Sales Service professional will document activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute feedback to improve products, processes, and service delivery.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate food safety solutions.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support ongoing client relationships.Experience providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting, product application guidance, and coordination with technical teams.Background or strong interest in food safety, sanitation, chemicals, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bogota, D.C., managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.Proficiency with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and standard office software (e.G., spreadsheets, presentations).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
