Retail Marketing Specialist

To plan, coordinate, and execute retail marketing activities at a national level for physical stores and the IR channel, ensuring proper implementation at point of sale, alignment with brand strategy, and direct support to commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and coordinate retail marketing activities for nationwide retail stores and the IR channel, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Act as a liaison between retail stores and headquarters, coordinating marketing needs and developing activity guidelines, store manuals, and execution tracking.
- Collaborate closely with design, branding, and other internal teams to manage the production, distribution, and proper display of marketing materials at point of sale.
- Collect and follow up on store feedback and campaign performance, organizing data and conducting post-campaign analysis to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Support the retail sales team in the execution of key quarterly commercial initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor´s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design,



or related fields.
- English: minimum B2 level (intermediate–upper intermediate).

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
- Internships and professional practices are considered valid experience.

Skills & Competencies:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of retail and point-of-sale marketing.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High level of organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation and reporting.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Conditions:

- Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
- Work modality: 100% on-site (presential).
- Contract type: To be defined according to company structure.

Salary 3,700,000 COP:

- Basic: 1,751,000
- KPI: 524,700
- Food Allowance: 602,150
- Transportation Allowance: 602,150
- Cell Phone Allowance: 20,000
