Role Description The Technical Support Specialist contract role is a remote position responsible for providing timely and accurate technical assistance to clients and internal users. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, responding to support tickets, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.



The specialist will document problems and solutions in a knowledge base, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. This role also involves monitoring system performance, identifying recurring technical problems, and contributing to process improvements. Collaborative communication with cross-functional teams is expected to maintain a high standard of service for energy industry clients.
Qualifications
