The Logistics Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure logistics operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and on schedule. This role drives supply chain performance by coordinating transportation, warehousing, and external commerce activities while supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives. The Logistics Leader partners with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This position also leads and develops a logistics team while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What You Will Do
- Oversee import and export processes for finished goods and raw materials to support external commerce operations.
- Develop and execute transportation strategies that ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
- Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and product dispatch activities.
- Monitor logistics budgets and expenses while maintaining targeted service levels and operational performance.
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
- Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and transportation standards.
