Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled proactive Marketing Specialist to work directly with the Marketing Director, manage, execute, and elevate marketing initiatives. Primary focus is to take over day-to-day marketing operations autonomously.

Responsibilities

- Design and manage engaging content across social media platforms, keeping the audience connected and growing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for new real estate listings.
- Build, fund,



and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) from concept to conversion.
- Create high-quality print advertisements, flyers, and digital assets while strictly adhering to visual guidelines and brand consistency.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing Director on upcoming content needs, listing details, and campaign timelines to ensure a smooth transition.
- Proactively research and familiarize with the Central Virginia (specifically Charlottesville) area to generate relevant local content, spotlight local businesses, and align campaigns with community culture.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience (Required).
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Hands‑on experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook, Google) and SEO optimization.
- Exceptional English fluency (written and spoken) – C1 level required.
- Critical thinker with strong visual eye and strict attention to brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and bring original ideas to the table.
