Job Summary
The Manager, AMER Operations Compliance supports and manages Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for LATAM within the AMER region, ensuring adherence to integral policies, local regulations, and Equinix standards. This role assists in EHS audits, risk management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives for AMER operations. Leads a team of Operations Compliance professionals,



ensuring they meet schedules and goals effectively while working in a multi-faceted Data Center environment. Partners with Senior Management to execute strategy and programs in sites within scope. Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance subjects assigned. Establishes strong working links with regional operational representatives and management.

Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of EHS compliance staff within the AMER region
- Assist in managing internal and external EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with relevant EHS laws, regulations, and Equinix standards
- Help investigate non-compliance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain local EHS procedures tailored to site-specific and regional requirements
- Provide guidance and training to operations teams on EHS best practices
