vHive is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and spearhead the delivery of Program Manager in Latam. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of multiple programs, markets and projects across Latam and the US market
Stakeholder Communication: Responsible for all delivery-related communications, ensuring coordination with the Account Manager to maintain a consistent messaging strategy to stakeholders who are peers in the delivery process.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks related to project scope, develop effective mitigation strategies, and maintain an agile approach to address and adapt to risks as they arise. Clearly communicate potential impacts to stakeholders while maintaining trust and alignment.
Regulatory and Standards Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the program, particularly those involving third-party vendors in the field, adhere to the client's compliance requirements as well as industry-specific standards and local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
Detailed Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide detailed reports to both senior management and the client, detailing progress and comparing it against established KPIs and benchmarks. Use data-driven insights to refine project strategies and enhance performance continuously.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives.
