Are you ready to advance your technical career in one of South Americas most vibrant capitals? We are looking for a skilled CCTV Specialist to join a forward-thinking security / tech team in Bogotá where youll ensure our surveillance infrastructure runs seamlessly and reliably.

What youll do
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure across facilities: check camera functionality daily, perform maintenance, and ensure all equipment records correctly.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV hardware and relevant software (e.g. video-management systems), ensuring proper wiring, system integration and secure data storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implement upgrades or modifications as needed, and coordinate with network/storage teams to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Provide operational support: oversee controlroom operations, manage incident response for system failures, and provide guidance or training to operators on system use and best practices.

What were looking for
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation,



Control Systems or related technical background.
- Proven experience with CCTV systems including installation, configuration, and maintenance of cameras, recorders, and network video systems.
- Solid knowledge of networking, storage systems, and ability to work with CCTV management software (e.g. VMS platforms). Familiarity with server / storage hardware and LAN administration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, capacity to work under pressure, and effective communication (written and spoken English).
