⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7pm 40hrs (availability)
? Salary: COP 2,800,000 + transportation allowance + benefit for being part of solvo

This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to think and react quickly while serving clients with the utmost dedication. The Payroll Associate is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, acting as a subject matter expert who provides expert customer service and care. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in high-pressure environments and is committed to maintaining accountability and accuracy throughout the entire payroll cycle.
? Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with regulations.
- Taxation & Garnishments:



Apply proper payroll taxation and process complex calculations for wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate accurate and timely quarter-end and year-end reporting, along with Ad Hoc reports as requested by clients.
- Client & Systems Support: Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish, resolving client questions regarding payroll systems and maintaining time and attendance records across various environments.
- Customer Service Excellence: Manage client projects and respond to inquiries with the highest level of service, ensuring consistent follow-up and follow-through.
