? What You’ll Do:
- ? Plan and manage schedules for caregivers, ensuring timely and efficient service to our senior clients.
- ? Communicate with candidates and clients, primarily in English, so a clear accent and excellent communication skills are essential.
- ? Collaborate with internal teams to assign resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- ? Monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet service standards.
- ? Be the go-to person for any questions related to scheduling and availability.

? What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Experience in the BPO industry.




- ?️ Strong English skills — both spoken and written — are a must
- ? Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- ❤️ A kind and respectful attitude, especially when interacting with senior citizens.
