? What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping our organization grow by identifying and attracting top talent.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound recruiting calls to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate applicants through phone interviews and assessments.
- Respond to inbound candidate inquiries and referrals.
- Convert interested candidates into scheduled interviews and appointments.




- Partner with the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and employee records.
- Ensure personnel files remain current and compliant within company systems.

? What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. (B2-C1)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Telemarketing, inside sales, staffing, or recruiting experience.
- Healthcare recruiting or healthcare administrative experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience working with caregivers,
