Executive Assistant
- Location: Latin America (Remote)
- Salary: USD $1,200-$2,500 per month
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (adaptable)
- English Proficiency: Excellent - C2/C1 Level
- Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Conducting research, preparing reports, and managing expenses
- Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries
- Providing administrative support and assisting with personal tasks

Qualifications:
- 2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role




- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WFH Set-up Requirements:
- A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later.
- A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option.
- A functional noise-canceling headset.
- A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
