Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for interviews and candidate availability)

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll own multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring hiring goals are met quickly without compromising quality.

What You’ll Own
Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adecuado candidate profiles.
- Define success criteria, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies.




- Write compelling, SEO-optimized job descriptions.
- Adjust recruitment strategies based on market trends and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Glassdoor
- Job boards
- Boolean search techniques
- Source both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct outbound outreach to attract high-quality talent.
- Continuously strengthen pipeline quality and candidate response rates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on:
- Experience
- Technical skills
- Communication
- Cultural fit
- Utilize behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments.
- Coordinate assessments or case studies where required.

Candidate Experience
- Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Provide timely upda
