Your Missions
We are seeking a highly technical,
detail-oriented Technical Merchant Boarding Specialist to enable the onboarding of merchants onto our payments platform. This position combines technical expertise, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that merchants are launched efficiently, securely, and with confidence. The adecuado candidate excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys resolving technical challenges, and adeptly translates complex requirements into seamless onboarding experiences. You will play a pivotal role in enabling merchants to launch and expand successfully, working at the intersection of technology, payments, and customer service.
The Technical Merchant Boarding Specialist is accountable for the complete technical onboarding and configuration of new merchants across multiple payment platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and back-office systems. This role integrates strong
