About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and help maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on outbound role focused on engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and turning conversations into sales-ready appointments.
You’ll connect with potential customers through:
- Phone calls
- Email
- LinkedIn
- Follow-up sequences

Your goal is simple: start conversations, identify qualified prospects, and consistently book meetings that sales representatives can convert into opportunities.
If you’re confident speaking with prospects, comfortable with outbound outreach, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by measurable targets, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement
- Reach out to prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn




- Execute consistent outbound follow-up
- Engage both new and previously contacted leads
- Build rapport quickly and professionally
- Generate interest in the company’s products or services
- Maintain disciplined outreach activity throughout the day

Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on factors such as:
- Role and decision-making authority
- Industry
- Business needs
- Interest level
- Budget alignment
- Readiness to speak with sales

Ask effective discovery questions to determine whether a prospect is a good fit before placing them on a sales representative’s calendar.
Appointment Setting & Scheduling
Schedule qualified meetings using tools such as:
- Calendly
- Chili Piper
- HubSpot Meetings
- Google Calendar
- Outlook

You’ll also:
- Coordinate across multiple U.S. time zones
- Confirm appointment details
- Send reminders and confirmations
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling
- Foll
