What this role actually looks like

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor hourly position, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST.



You will be a direct representative of our voice and brand, and a lot of how customers feel about MaidThis starts with you.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to get results without being managed every step of the way. You see a lead come in and you move on it. You see a gap in the follow-up and you close it. You do not wait to be told what needs to happen because you already see it. That kind of ownership is what this role needs and what we reward.

What you will be doing day to day

Sales and Lead(Client) Management
- Jump on every inbound lead fast (Speed to Lead Within seconds if possible) and return calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and form submissions promptly
- Run confident, engaging sales conversations that feel helpful and natural
- Walk leads through our pricing and services in plain simple terms
- Follow a smart follow-up cadence using calls, texts, and emails
- Ask for the booking and close with
