Descripción del puesto: Bookkeeper
Job description: The Bookkeeper will handle process day-to-day financial tasks. From accounts payable to accounts receivable, along with all payroll and bank reconciliation management, this role is a vital part of our company, trusted management team. The bookkeeper will also be the main point of contact for customer billing questions. To succeed in this role, applicants, must have high-level knowledge and experience with major financial and accounting software.
Responsabilities: • Track the organization’s accounts payable and accounts receivable.



• Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursements journal and general ledger. • Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts. • Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports for different funding sources. • Assist Comptroller for the preparation of the audit work. • Assist Comptroller in preparing the budget for the organization. • Working closely with Senior Accounts on preparation of account, reconciliation, journals. • Working on a designated portfolio. • Prepare annual reports for accountant.
