? Remote Sales Closer (English-Speaking · Full-Time)

We're looking for a Remote Sales Representative who genuinely loves the game: someone who picks up the phone without flinching, opens doors most people can't, and turns cold conversations into signed deals. If "hitting quota" sounds like a challenge instead of a threat, keep reading.
This is a fully remote role for a self-driven salesperson with real hunger — the kind who chases the deal, follows up relentlessly, and gets a rush from watching the pipeline grow. You'll have a clear path, real earning potential, and room to grow as fast as your results do.
? What You'll Do
Drive new business through proactive outbound prospecting — calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Work leads end to end: open the conversation, qualify the need, and move the deal forward
Run discovery calls and product demos that connect real value to real problems
Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers with confidence
Build a healthy, active pipeline and keep it moving




Follow up consistently — most deals are won in the follow-up
Keep the CRM clean and up to date (activity, notes, pipeline stages)
Consistently hit and beat your weekly activity and monthly sales targets
? What We're Looking For
Advanced / fluent English — C1 or C2, written and spoken (required, non-negotiable). You'll be selling to English-speaking prospects every day, so this is a hard filter.
Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling — you don't wait for leads to come to you
Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Self-motivated and disciplined — you can run your day without someone watching over you
A reliable home office setup and stable high-speed internet
Genuine hunger to grow: you want more, and you're willing to chase it
