About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Weekend On-Call Domestic Logistics Coordinator to support our domestic transportation operations during weekends and after-hours periods. This role is responsible for coordinating time-critical shipments, managing expedited transportation requests, and ensuring proactive tracking and communication for shipments moving across the United States.

The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong transportation and customer service skills, and can effectively manage urgent shipment requests while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

Required
1+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, dispatch, or supply chain operations.




Experience coordinating domestic shipments and transportation services.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in time-sensitive situations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred
Experience using AS400 systems.
Knowledge of expedited transportation services.
Experience with:
Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments
Sprinter van operations
Truckload and expedited freight coordination
Shipment tracking and tracing
Previous experience supporting after-hours or weekend logistics operations.
