ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build production-ready agentic capabilities for a B2B intelligence platform, working directly with the CPTO to extend Hermes Agent with new features, skills, tools, and integrations. You will design single-agent and multi-agent workflows, build evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and model performance, modernize existing B2B workflows into reliable agent-driven processes,



and integrate model APIs across Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and compatible providers. This is a 6-month engagement based in LatAm requiring regular overlap with US West Coast hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build features, skills, tools, integrations, and workflows on top of Hermes Agent.
- Modernize selected existing B2B workflows, including information sourcing and newsletter generation, into controlled, end-to-end agent-driven processes.
- Design provider-independent model integrations across Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry), AWS Bedrock, and compatible model APIs.
- Contribute to model-governance capabilities, including approved models and providers, policy enforcement, permissions, and deployment controls.
- Use GitHub Enterprise and AI-assisted development tools to implement, test, and iterate on agent-driven product capabilities.
