Job Description

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Production Designer to support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets across print and digital channels, including Direct Mail, print ads, Out of Home (OOH), email banners, and basic animated GIFs, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.
At Publicis Production Hub - Colombia, the Production Designer is responsible for executing production tasks, creating mechanicals, and preparing final files for print and digital delivery.



The role collaborates with creative and marketing teams to manage revisions, implement feedback, and ensure assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple production requests while maintaining accuracy and quality across deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs, execute a variety of print assets, and ensure creative excellence for marketing campaigns, print materials, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual style across final assets, adapting and resizing assets for various media platforms and formats.
- Manage production tasks, including cleaning images, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
