Summary
We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to lead the strategy, reliability, and evolution of our B2B revenue systems, with HubSpot as our core CRM.
This is not a CRM admin role. We need someone who can understand how our revenue operation works, identify where the CRM is limiting visibility or execution, and recommend what we should change to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, Sales Enablement, and decision-making.
You’ll work closely with Revenue Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and RevOps. You’ll also manage and mentor a RevOps Analyst,
helping the team move from manual cleanup to scalable systems, clear standards, and trusted data.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and evolve the CRM strategy for Platzi’s B2B revenue operation.
- Recommend improvements to HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, deal stages, properties, automations, integrations, reporting, and governance.
- Improve forecast accuracy by strengthening pipeline data, deal discipline, required fields, close dates, stages, amounts, and forecast inputs.
- Build views and reporting that help Revenue Leadership understand pipeline quality, forecast risk, and recurring workflow issues.
- Lead the Sales Enablement strategy connected to CRM usage, deal execution, pipeline hygiene, handoffs, and commercial operating standards.
- Turn recurring CRM and pipeline issues into enablement priorities, playbooks, manager guides, trainings, and process improvements.
