Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, including international procurement, importation, inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics, regulatory compliance, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the complete supply chain process, including procurement, imports, inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, and product distribution.
- Manage international purchasing activities and monitor overseas orders from purchase order through final delivery.
- Coordinate import operations, customs clearance, and product nationalization while ensuring compliance with Colombian and international trade regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
- Prepare annual and monthly demand forecasts by brand and supplier,



monitoring forecast accuracy versus budget and presente sales.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and purchasing patterns to optimize replenishment strategies.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, product returns, and distribution to warehouses and retail locations.
- Monitor logistics expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service levels.
- Ensure timely submission of wholesale, sell-in, and sell-out reports to international suppliers.
- Coordinate regulatory processes involving INVIMA, DIAN, Customs Authorities, and Free Trade Zones,ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
