The Role:
The Client Engagement Manager owns the entire client journey — from initial prospect outreach and sales conversations through engagement delivery, project coordination, and long-term relationship growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role combining elements of Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Project Management.
You will act as the single point of accountability for each client engagement, ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation to program completion and beyond.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Analytics, you will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to maintain alignment, drive accountability, manage risks, and identify opportunities for continued partnership and growth.
This is a remote role, with occasional in-person team meetings in San Diego.
Responsibilities:
- Own the complete client lifecycle, including prospect outreach, sales qualification, proposal delivery, engagement kickoff, project execution, post-program follow-up, and long-term relationship management.
- Drive pipeline development by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting B2B SaaS prospects into client engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and become a strategic advisor throughout the client journey.
