This role is responsible for the administration, analysis, and reporting of sales commission payments, sales contests, and incentive programs for the U.S. Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, and Medical Surgical portfolios. The position ensures accurate and timely commission calculations, data validation, and reporting, while partnering closely with sales and finance teams to analyze performance results, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of compensation processes and systems.



This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, under a Flexwork model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Calculate commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions
- Perform staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas
- Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
- Able to verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan
- Resolve reconciliation issues
- Mantain or audit information needed to track revenue
- Analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
- Use spreadsheets, ERP systems or dedicated computer
