About the role:
THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain a modular template library for each Company institution enabling efficient campaign production and brand-consistent execution at scale
- Conduct thorough pre-deployment technical QA: cross-client rendering tests (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail,



mobile), link validation, image hosting verification, dynamic content testing, and personalization variable checks
- Partner with the CRM Campaign Managers to troubleshoot rendering issues, resolve technical errors, and support last-minute campaign edits under deadline
- Support the integration of AI-generated content from Pencil into HTML templates, ensuring AI-produced copy and imagery is correctly implemented and technically compliant

WHAT YOU BRING
- Familiarity with dynamic content, AMPscript (or equivalent platform templating language), and personalization implementation
- Strong attention to technical detail and a systematic approach to QA
- Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Colombia hub role
- Comfortable working in high-volume production environments with tight deployment schedules
