About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect that, as part of our small, agile studio, is the definitive technical authority responsible for the overall system design, architectural integrity, and long-term sustainability of the platform. You will ensure technical decisions align with business goals and that the engineering team has clear, standardized patterns to follow. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in distributed systems, security, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy and Design: Define the end-to-end technical architecture of the solution, including service boundaries, data models, integration patterns, and technology selection across both cloud and on-premise components.
- Distributed Systems Mastery:



Design highly available and resilient IOT & cloud systems that seamlessly manage data synchronization, failover, and extensive error handling between local installations and the centralized cloud infrastructure.
- Performance and Scalability: Establish architectural standards to meet rigorous high performance, high uptime, and scalability requirements, including designing deployment templates for efficient nationwide adoption.
- Technical Governance: Own and govern the implementation of technical standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices (e.g., CI/CD, monitoring, testing) across the development lifecycle.Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide high-level technical guidance to the development team, review complex designs and code, and communicate architectural vision clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (client, product owner).
