Contract type: Full time labor contract

What you will be doing:
Lead and manage projects from start to finish

Writing creative briefs and developing creative concepts

Create and manage production estimates, budgets, and project timelines from pre-production to post.

Managing in-house and remote designers, and video production team.

Schedule meetings with internal teams and/or external resources to proactively review progress,

Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time.

Getting quotations for outsourced services and from suppliers

Leverage relevant project management tools.

Maintaining good client relationship

Organizing and attending client meetings

Handle day-to-day client requests and questions

Ensure the production team and suppliers understand and meet all contractual agreements and delivery obligations.

Required skills





Excellent English communication skills — written and oral.

Managing and leading multiple projects at the same time.

Knowledge of design, animation, and video production and processes

You are a creative and technical problem solver with an obsession with finding solutions.

Accommodating rapid client changes

Defining process efficiencies.

Working under tight deadlines.

Demonstration of communication and advanced organizational skills.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree is a must

Additional Requirements

Bi-lingual - English and Spanish

The position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Creative / Digital / Marketing agency experience is preferred.
