Purchasing Team Leader:
About the Role

Lead the purchasing operation by driving supplier management, cost optimization, and sourcing strategies that support business growth. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes, developing supplier partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand product categories and offerings.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate national and international purchasing activities.
- Develop strategic relationships with suppliers to secure cost savings, quality, and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to expand categories and introduce new products.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, basic regulatory requirements, and sanitary registrations.
- Analyze purchasing performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of coordinators and analysts, fostering collaboration and business results.

Who You Are:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management,



or related fields.

Experience:
- Experience in international procurement, supplier management, and commercial negotiations, ideally with people leadership responsibilities.

Knowledge & Skills:
- International sourcing and procurement.- Customs processes and import operations.- Basic knowledge of sanitary registrations and regulatory requirements- Intermediate Excel skill
