About the Role:
What You'll Do:
- Research and track state-specific licensing requirements for home health and healthcare agencies
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, renewals, and expiration dates
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents (administrator qualifications, proof of residency, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory changes that may affect agency licensing requirements
- Support the team through state licensing surveys and inspections as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience with business/agency licensing, compliance, or regulatory processes (healthcare licensing experience a strong plus)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail




- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required; C1 level a plus)
- Comfortable working independently as a freelancer in a fully remote environment
- Based in Colombia
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to manage multiple state processes and deadlines simultaneously
