We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Accounting team. This role will be responsible for accurately recording accounts payable transactions and preparing reports related to the AP process.

Responsibilities:
- Code and post invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and obtain all required approvals.
- Prepare and process weekly vendor payments efficiently and accurately.
- Handle internal and external inquiries regarding payment status, account balances,



and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including all required supporting documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies identified.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.:
- English level: B2.:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Accounting is a plus.
