Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is seeking a contractor Product Manager to drive an AI-powered IT help experience via Slack and chat workflows. You will own requirements, outcomes, rollout planning, measurement, and rapid iteration as the product becomes a primary IT help front door.
This role is a hands-on individual contributor who can embed quickly, work with engineering, support operations, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment across LATAM. Enterprise experience is preferred.
