What You Will Lead
- End-to-end payroll operations across the
Andean & Caribbean Market Unit

- Payroll governance, controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Relationships with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external payroll vendors.
- Payroll process improvements, systems optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Development and leadership of high-performing payroll teams.
