Job Summary
The Senior Accountant will own the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close, with a focus on inventory reconciliation, prepaid and fixed asset accounting, accruals, and variance analysis.




This role partners closely with Operations and Marketing to drive actionable insights, optimize working capital, and maintain strong internal controls.
The adecuado candidate is hands-on in a CPG setting, has solid GAAP knowledge, and a track record of leading process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to be on the fast-track to Accounting Manager.

The Pack Leader's Duties
Lead the monthly close and financial reporting
Lead the monthly close and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure accuracy of P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Keep the books on a short leash and on time.
Management of AR/AP Analysts
Provide leadership, coaching, and review to AR/AP resources.
Ensure that vendor bills (both PO-backed and non-PO) and customer payments are recorded timely and accurately.
Sniff out account reconciliation issues and drive resolution.
Inventory governance
Oversee accuracy
