SCSK USA is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Solution Lead to lead business development, solution consulting, and enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.

This role will drive customer success from pre‑sales through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor to customers pursuing digital sales and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting skills, enterprise CRM implementation experience, project leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes and identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Dynamics.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, end users, and executive sponsors.
- Define solution scope, roadmap, and implementation strategy for enterprise customers.
- Coordinate business consultants, functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and customer stakeholders.




- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and customer expectations.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales deployment, integration, testing, and adoption activities.
- Establish support and operational governance models.
- Coordinate general teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues and delivery challenges.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, enterprise application implementation, and related fields.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementation projects.
- Strong background in business process analysis and requirements definition.
- Experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software providers prefer
