About the Role

We're looking for a Staff Full‑Stack Engineer to help shape the technical direction of our marketing and customer engagement platform. In this role, you'll drive the architecture and development of data‑driven, customer‑facing features and backend services that power real‑time personalization, campaign delivery, and transaction support. Our stack is Ruby on Rails on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend — and we value engineers who lead with strong product instincts,



deep technical judgment, and a pragmatic mindset.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Medellín, Colombia office.
