About the role

This is an opportunity to join a nearshore production hub in Bogotá as Email Developer — building the HTML email templates that power the company enrollment marketing programs across healthcare education institutions.

Based in Bogotá,



you'll be part of a four-person Email Development team responsible for translating approved design files into technically precise, rendering-tested, accessible, and deployment-ready HTML emails at the volume and pace required by a high-performance studio.

What you’ll do
- Build responsive HTML email templates from approved design files, following company's technical specifications, accessibility standards, and platform requirements
- Develop and maintain a modular template library for each Company institution enabling efficient campaign production and brand-consistent execution at scale
- Conduct thorough pre-deployment technical QA: cross-client rendering tests (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile), link validation, image hosting verification, dynamic content testing, and personalization variable checks
- Upload and configure campaign builds within the CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent) — including audience selection,
