Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks and ensure the seamless execution of processes, utilizing platforms like Slack and Google Drive to coordinate across teams.
- Assist in critical onboarding procedures, including KYC, KYB, and AML checks, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Execute data entry and maintain accurate operational systems, records, and documentation.
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and recommend actionable changes to streamline and automate operations.
- Assist in generating reports related to operational performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating concerns or delays to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide operational support to departments such as customer service, risk, and finance, ensuring issues are resolved and workflows remain efficient.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet formulas (filters, tables, pivot tables) and the ability to create and manage clear presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate and improve workflows.
