Accounting Clerk

Full time, Colombia.

Candidate must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial success of meetings and events. As a Project Accountant, you’ll help manage project financials, prepare final billings and reports, reconcile vendor expenses, and ensure accurate and timely financial processes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll contribute to maintaining data integrity across multiple systems while supporting commission collection, credit card reconciliations, and client billing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys combining financial analysis, collaboration, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Review system reports for accuracy (dates, revenue, status, resource assignments, etc.) and make updates as necessary.
- Create jobs in SAP.
- Add Project Accountant (PA) assignments to systems as needed.




- Assist Director with month end revenue review process.
- After month end accrual process, close jobs in SAP.

Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and client billing is preferred.
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- English proficiency to work with US market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accounting software experience a plus.
- Travel industry/hotel experience a plus.
