- Develop, implement, and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Build new web pages, landing pages, and website features.
- Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.

AI‑Assisted Development
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Google Stitch, and other AI‑powered solutions to accelerate development.
- Apply best practices for AI‑assisted software development to improve productivity and code quality.

Integrations
- Implement and maintain integrations with:
- HubSpot
- Marketo
- Marketing automation platforms
- Ensure seamless integration and reliable communication between websites and external systems.

Website Optimization
- Continuously improve:
- Website loading speed
- Overall performance
- User experience (UX)
- Technical SEO optimization





Website Administration
- Manage and maintain web servers.
- Administer WordPress and PHP updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, memory, and performance‑related issues.
- Monitor website stability, uptime, and overall availability.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
- Guarantee responsive functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Perform functional and quality assurance testing before every deployment.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining websites.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- WordPress
- Elementor Pro
- Webflow
- Experience using AI‑powered development tools such as:
- Claude Code
- Google Stitch
- Other similar AI‑assisted development tools
- Proficiency in some or all of the following technologies:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- PHP
- MySQL
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience optimizing website
