Our client is a U.S.based construction company specializing in roofing and waterproofing projects. They are focused on operational excellence, project execution, and delivering high-quality results for their clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and operational coordination across multiple construction projects.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in construction operations. This individual will work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, documentation is maintained, and operational processes run efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Support project managers with daily operational activities.

· Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and coordination.





· Monitor project documentation and project milestones.

· Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Track project deliverables and deadlines.

· Support budgeting, reporting, and project administration activities.

· Assist with RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

· Maintain accurate project records and operational reports.

Requirements

· Experience in construction project coordination, operations, or project management support.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in roofing, waterproofing, or construction operations.

· Experience supporting U.S.based construction projects.
