Purpose of the Job
HH Global is looking for a Senior 3D Designer to join our creative team. This role is dedicated to leading the creative and technical development for high-profile global retail accounts. You will be responsible for translating brand visions into innovative retail environments, window displays, and POP materials, ensuring every concept is visually stunning, technically feasible, and aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create original 3D concepts for retail spaces, including shop-in-shops, hero window displays, and customized fixtures.

Generate high-impact 3D renderings that translate client briefs into innovative visual solutions.

Ensure all designs consider manufacturability, material sustainability, and cost implications without compromising the premium feel of the brand.

Prepare detailed plans, sketches, and technical specifications for mass production and local implementation.

Present design strategies and conceptual thinking to client marketing teams and HH General leadership in fluent English.





Collaborate with 2D graphic designers to ensure seamless integration of branding, typography, and 3D structures.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

5+ years of experience in 3D Design, specifically for Retail, Fashion, or Exhibit Design.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Exhibit Design, or a related discipline.

Advanced English (C1) ability to lead meetings and present complex projects in English is essential.
Strong skills in 3DS Max, Rhino, or Solidworks.
Proficiency in SketchUp (preferred but not mandatory, for rapid architectural and furniture modeling).
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for textures and post-production.
Proficiency in V-Ray or similar rendering engines for high-end finishes.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of materials (wood, metal, fabrics), lighting, and human-centered design within a retail context.
