Purpose of the Job
The Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst drives operational excellence across General Finance Operations by leading process improvement and transformation initiatives. The role combines data-driven analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, improve performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end cross-functional processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
Lead root cause analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and related methodologies.
Partner with senior stakeholders, and Technology teams to deliver process, automation, and transformation improvements.
Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business value, risk, and impact.
Support process transitions through process mapping, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, training materials, and readiness assessments.
Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.




Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting to measure initiative impact and business benefits.
Build business cases and track benefit realization to support decision-making.
Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects from discovery through implementation.
Facilitate workshops, Kaizen sessions, and future-state design activities with stakeholders.
Support change adoption, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery.
Manage project documentation including timelines, risks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and communication plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to understand business challenges and drive alignment.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
