Job Description

In Colombia, we are looking for a Lead AI Animator (Advertising – AI VFX). With 8+ years of experience in advertising post‑production environments (production studios, advertising agencies, or content hubs), this role’s mission is to lead Harbor’s AI‑driven animation and VFX capability for advertising, shaping scalable workflows and pipelines that deliver high‑quality, AI‑enhanced content with speed,



efficiency, and strong creative craft—while preparing the team for a future where agility, intelligence, and craft converge.

Responsibilities
- AI‑enhanced content efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Architect systems for high‑volume, high‑quality asset production and versioning across platforms and markets.
- Lead evaluation, piloting, and adoption of emerging AI tools and model‑driven workflows.
- Build and scale AI‑enabled post pipelines for speed, personalisation, and creative decision‑making.
- Embed agile methodologies to accelerate iteration and responsiveness.
- Champion metadata‑rich, modular content for measurability, discoverability, and reuse.
- Act as a senior creative partner to clients, translating business needs into compelling AI‑powered strategies and pitches.
- Assess and solve internal and external problems as they arise.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff;
