Job Description

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Post Production Coordinator who plays a key support role across advertising post‑production projects, providing operational, project, and financial support to post‑production teams across all US locations. This role is responsible for coordinating jobs and schedules, supporting budget management, overseeing post‑production processes,



ensuring proper documentation, managing job closures, vendor payments, and final client invoicing. The Post Production Coordinator works closely with producing teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth project execution, accurate financial tracking, and adherence to established workflows and service standards.

Responsibilities
- Support producing teams with bidding, and producing jobs, job award, P.O.s, freelance and vendor management, job expense approvals, and client billings
Work closely with production and finance teams to process vendor and client P.O.s, invoices, and start paperwork (Smartsheets, Actualize It, LionBox, OneDrive, etc.) and to plan job budgets and cash flows
Support daily, weekly, and ongoing needs of advertising post production department
- Work with leads to assess billable jobs and project revenue, as well as to ensure Smartsheets and project trackers are updated and maintained
