Job Description

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Project Analyst who plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of regulatory submission projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion throughout the review process.



This role works proactively with cross‑functional teams to independently prepare and deliver submission packages for promotional materials reviewed through the client’s Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) process, maintaining strict adherence to client‑specific guidelines, requirements, and submission standards.
The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for tracking projects through each stage of the MLR workflow, facilitating clear and effective communication among internal stakeholders, advising on submission timelines, and following up as needed to ensure alignment and progress. By maintaining a strong working knowledge of the tools and systems used to manage MLR reviews, this role helps ensure high‑quality submissions and smooth coordination across teams in a highly regulated environment.
