Description
We’re looking for a Loyalty Campaign Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and launching promotional campaigns, monitoring performance, and supporting both clients and end users across a dynamic loyalty platform.
You’ll act as the operational backbone of campaign delivery—balancing technical execution, data insights, and customer support to ensure every interaction delivers value. If you enjoy working with systems, solving problems, and seeing your work directly impact customer engagement, this role offers both challenge and growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
- Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
- Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications (email and SMS)
- Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy
- Maintain and update platform configurations as needed




- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
- Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and system configurations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
- Experience with customer support and handling technical or platform-related inquiries
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is a plus
