Position Summary

The HR Analyst supports the Human Resources function by analyzing workforce data, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and providing insights that support business and people-related decisions. This role is responsible for HR reporting, metrics, compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and maintain HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, retention, recruitment, and engagement).
Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Generate periodic and ad hoc HR reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Coordinate employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and organizational updates.
Assist in preparing employment-related documentation.

Recruitment Support
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill,



cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline data.
Support interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the selection process.

Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Assist with HR audits and documentation reviews.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Employee Experience
Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Assist with training coordination and development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
Participate in HR projects and system implementations.
Recommend solutions based on data analysis and business needs.
