Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to support daily transportation operations within a fast-paced freight brokerage environment. This role serves as the primary liaison between carriers, agents, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, accurate carrier information, and efficient coordination of transportation activities. The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience in trucking or freight brokerage operations and understands the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to support daily operations.
Assist with carrier onboarding, profile management, and compliance documentation.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to carriers and agents regarding operational processes and company procedures.
Coordinate transportation activities, ensuring accurate communication and timely shipment updates.
Maintain carrier records and databases within the Transportation Management System (TMS).




Support Accounts Receivable and Finance teams by assisting with load contracts, invoicing, and required documentation.
Assist with insurance claims, compliance requests, and carrier-related inquiries.
Monitor operational issues, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
Prepare and maintain operational reports while ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Provide after-hours operational support when required.

Requirements
1 year of experience in freight brokerage, trucking operations, carrier operations, or a related transportation role.
B2-C1 English level proficiency.
Strong understanding of over-the-road (OTR) transportation operations, including load coordination, carrier communication, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
Experience working directly with carriers and supporting the execution of transportation moves from pickup through delivery.
